Sky Pool Bliss: Balcony Bathtub Haven at Encorp M.

It could be a great place… Positive: The location less than two 10 minutes from Legoland and the fact that there are restaurants around. Including cheap local food and great service. The apartment is spacious and a nice view from the 10th floor. This is a quiet area (no main road or karaoke around) Negative: The overall state of the building and the apartment. It definitely needs an update. A lot of the facilities were out of order or waiting for maintenance. It was not clean enough. The apartment was not clean. There was mold in the pillows. The balcony windows locks were not working. The aircon unit at the outside was super noisy. It felt like we were next to an airplane engine. We could not sleep with the aircon on. It has been two very hot nights. The manager of the apartment should come over and check it. It really feels like it is being managed away and that the cleaning and maintenance is not really being looked after.

Positive: Location is ok Negative: 1. I ordered rooms with a private pool, but I only got rooms without the private pool. No confirmation from the host until we arrived. 2. The outdoor AC was so noisy, can't sleep because of that noise. 3. Rooms were under expectation.

The unit is clean (just the facilities of the condo doesnt meet my expectation) Positive: The location Negative: The indoor pool was close and under renovation/maintenance. The parking lot are smelly as the main garbage bin placed at the same level for visitor parking. The stairs from parking lot to lobby was unpleasant. The surroundings of the condo is quite empty. Less resident. Lots of empty unit. Quite scary and really under my expectation.

Positive: Nice location, there's a marina with good dining places nearby. The unit itself is so comfortable, clean, perfect facilities either for family leisure or business trips. Easy access event with tight security as they are friendly security personnel. Will definitely coming again. Negative: None.
