Positive: Everything else. Esp the bathtub and the nice touch of having a soft toy for kids to play Negative: The only thing that was a slight problem was the smell coming from the bathrooms. Which i presume is a central plumbing issue common with high rise residences. Otherwise everything was clean. Also, the lack of non-toiletpaper tissues

Poorly furnished, unhelpful host Positive: There is nothing to like Negative: Poor check in instructions. Neither of the rooms aircon were working, it was extremely warm at night. We had to keep the room doors open to get the aircon flow from the living room. Host is not helpful at all. After the stay, all they did was to take a picture of the aircon and said it’s working. Just because the light is on, doesn’t mean it’s cool. Aircon definitely needed servicing. The apartment also lacks cutlery , for 3 person, we had 2 spoons and 3 forks. Makes absolutely no sense. Just in general not a hospitable stay.

Was okay survived Positive: The location Negative: The toilet have stinky smell The toilet even have leakage. And the water is dripping from the top toilet 2 rooms Aircon is not working even though informed the care taker and they advised will come n check but nobody show up to fix the Aircon. Due to that could not even sleep well when I requested to extend the check out additional they charged me rm50 knowing was their faulty Aircon was not fix.

So far ok, but can be check out same like hotel 12pm instead 11am so rushing. Positive: Housing environment Negative: Televisyen
