Value for money Positive: Easy to access and the house is clean.

Please do better Positive: Reasonable price Negative: The house is not clean . There was pee stain on the toilet bowl seat when I arrived the unit. Master bathroom hand shower head is leaking. The ac compressors were loud. It also had a mouldy smell when I arrived in the unit. Should give more access card . As the ac will be off if someone went swimming n others decided to stay in the unit. The powder room basin is leaking.

We had a very pleasant family stay overall. Thanks for everything did well. Positive: Helpful customer service via WhatsApp. Friendly guards at the lobby entrance. Quick speed of lift. Spacious layout, love cozy rooms & serene environment. Nice view from the balcony & comfortable chatting section. Excellent TV channels & washing machine helped. Negative: 1) Could have been provided lift from basement parking to lobby (Tower 1). 2) Could have been added an extra air-Cond in living room (existing air-Cond only facing dining area). 3) Could have been provided hair dryer in each room. 4) Could have been provided drinking water (or a jar for keeping self-boil water) & some packets of tea/coffee everyday.
