Very comfortable apartment in an excellent location in a very nice condo complex with huge swimming pool. Positive: Very clean and beautiful apartment. Bigger than I expected with kitchen stuff to actually cook a meal. Negative: Not 3 queen beds. Problem with hot water in master bath.

Some improvements required, but overall still good given its price point. Positive: The apartment was spacious, floor was very clean. Key collection was a breeze at the guardhouse with a lockbox that is easy to find. Air-con was strong enough even when all the units were turned on at the same time. Negative: The kitchen could have provided a flask to cool water. The toilet shower water could have been stronger. Kitchen utensils such as the cutlery could be improved, some of it are rusty. For a 8pax homestay, only 3 cups were provided. The number of sets should at least cater for the said number of pax.
