Romantic Getaway at Paragon Suites @ CIQ w Jacuzzi

DISAPPOINTED STAY Positive: Location Negative: 1) The security access is lousy. The management and security SOP is totally conflicting. Caused all the unnecessary time waste. 2) Room air conditioner is not serviced. As a guest, I need to clean the air filter by myself. If not, no fresh air at all. 3) Toilet got a bad odour due to the drain pipe system issue. It's really disgusting. 4) Dustbin is not fully cleaned, and there was a face mask left in the bin. 5) Room flooring is dusty and uncomfortable. 6) Table area never prepared plug point.

Maintanence was needed urgently. Positive: It's comfy place for those want to staycation with quiet. Negative: The bathroom got many things to do maintenance especially the bath tub, i personally booking there for your facilities of having jacuzzi bathtub there.. unfortunately it cant be used.. Another things is, the oven there also cannot be used not sure if not functioning or else.. somehow we just buy food out, and want to warm it and eat there only.. Overall.. both of this side need to do maintnance. thank you.

Positive: Location was good.. Negative: Cleanliness so so.. A/c wasn't cold at all.. & there was a foul smell, we had to wash d bathroom everyday during our stay..
